Administrator account overview

Learn about the administrator account, including how to use the available tools to manage students and monitor their progress

Your administrator account is the central hub for managing your students, monitoring progress, and customizing the learning experience. Whether you're using a Home or Education subscription, you'll find everything you need to set up your account, track performance, and support your students' success.

Main Navigation

The main navigation gives you access to the core features of your administrator account.


Activity Feed

View a chronological summary of your students' latest activity. Filter results by class, date range, activity type, or score to quickly monitor participation and progress.

TTRS Course

Preview the complete TTRS course, including 24 levels of 31 modules each. You can also explore level assessments, unlockable background themes, trophies, typing games, and other rewards students earn as they progress through the course.

Subjects

Access curriculum-based subjects created by education experts, or create your own custom subjects. Build spelling lists manually or use AI to generate lists in seconds, giving you complete flexibility to match your teaching goals.

Messages

Send messages directly to your students from within TTRS. Students receive notifications in the program and by email if an email address has been added to their account. Learn about messaging your students here.


Statistics

Track student performance with detailed reports on accuracy, speed, progress, and course completion. Education accounts also include class-level statistics for monitoring group performance.

Students

Add and manage student accounts, organize students into classes (education accounts), archive or delete students, and manage class codes for self-enrollment.

Teachers (Education accounts only)

Invite teachers to your organization and assign them to one or more classes. Teachers can monitor student progress, manage assigned classes, and support learning without requiring administrator access.

Settings

Customize your account and configure the default settings applied to new students. Education accounts can also create and apply presets to quickly assign the same settings across multiple students or classes.


Side menu

The side menu provides quick access to your personal account information, subscription details, support resources, and account management tools.


My profile

View and update your personal account information. Connect your Google account to make it easier to sign in.

Subscription

View your current subscription, billing information, invoices, and renewal details.
