The TTRS course is roll-on, roll-off, which means you can delete or archive student places and reuse them for new students.

Deleting a student place: (Education subscription)

  1. In the Students menu, select the students you wish to remove

  2. Click the Actions menu and select Delete

  3. Click Yes, Delete to confirm

Deleting a student place (Home subscription)

  1. From an Admin account, select the Students tab from the main menu

  2. Choose the student or students you wish to delete and open the Actions menu

  3. Click Delete and Yes, Delete to confirm

Once a student place has been deleted from the system, their history and progress will also be removed. If you wish to keep a student's data, we recommend archiving their account instead.

We keep deleted data for up to 30 days before permanently deleting it. Please contact us if you accidentally deleted a student.

Archiving Students

Archiving a student allows you to keep their TTRS history in case you want to reinstate their account. When archiving and unarchiving students, their usernames and passwords remain unchanged, ensuring consistent access to their accounts.

To archive a student, select the student you want to archive, then click the Actions menu and choose Archive student.

Once students are archived, they will appear in the Archived list. To unarchive them, click Actions and select Unarchive students.

Please note that only Admin accounts can archive students, and once archived, a student cannot be unarchived for 10 days. However, there is no time limit on how long they can remain archived.

If a student needs to log in within 10 days, please contact our support team, and we will be able to action this for you.
