The TTRS course is roll-on, roll-off, which means you can delete or archive student places and reuse them for new students.
Deleting a student place: (Education subscription)
In the Students menu, select the students you wish to remove
Click the Actions menu and select Delete
Click Yes to confirm
Deleting a student place (Home subscription)
From an Admin account, select the Students tab from the main menu
Choose the student or students you wish to delete and open the Actions menu
Click Delete and Yes to confirm
Please note that once a student place has been deleted from the system, their history and progress will be also be removed. If you wish to keep the student data, we recommend archiving the student place instead.
We keep deleted data for up to 30 days before it is permanently deleted. Please contact us if you have deleted a student by accident.
Archiving Students
Archiving a student allows you to keep their TTRS history in case you want to reinstate their account. When archiving and unarchiving students, their usernames and passwords remain unchanged, ensuring consistent access to their accounts.
To archive a student, select the student you wish to archive and then click the Actions menu -> Archive students.
Once students are archived, they will appear in the Archived list. To unarchive them, select Actions -> Unarchive students.
Note, once archived student places cannot be unarchived for at least 10 days and only the Administrator can archive students. If a student needs to log in within 10 days, please contact our support team and we will be able to action this for you.
