Class codes allow students to join a class on their own without an administrator or teacher needing to add them manually. Once a class code is enabled, simply share it with your students and they'll be able to join your class in just a few clicks.
Note: Before enabling a class code, make sure you've already created a class. If you haven't done this yet, see Adding and Managing Classes for step-by-step instructions.
Students must also be added to your TTRS account before using class codes.

Enabling class codes
(Admin or Teacher Education accounts only)
Log in to your administrator account.
Select Students > Classes.
Open the class you want to manage.
Click Add Student and select Enable Class Code.
A unique class code will be generated automatically.
To disable a class code, open the same Add Student menu and select Disable Class Code.
Share a Class Code
Log in to your administrator account.
Go to Students > Classes.
Select the class.
Copy the class code and share it with your students.
How Students Join a Class
Log in to the student account.
Select the profile avatar in the top-right corner and choose My Profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Join a Class.
Enter the class code and select Submit.
A confirmation message will appear once you've successfully joined the class. You can view your class information and send messages to your teacher from the My Profile page.
Update or Disable a Class Code
You can generate a new class code at any time or disable the current one if you no longer want students to join the class using a code.
Log in to your administrator account.
Select Students > Classes.
Open the class you want to manage.
Click Add Student.
Choose one of the following:
Update Class Code to generate a new code. The previous code will no longer work.
Disable Class Code to prevent students from joining the class using a class code.
Follow the prompts to complete your action.
Class codes make it easy for students to join the right class while giving administrators and teachers full control over who can access it. You can enable, update, or disable class codes at any time to keep your classes organized and secure.
Notes
Students can view their class information at the bottom of their My profile page.
Once the code is submitted, students are automatically added to the class.
Admins and teachers can view and manage students from the class page.
Admins and teachers can update the class code.
