Archiving a student allows you to keep their TTRS history in case you want to reinstate their account. When archiving and unarchiving students, their usernames and passwords remain unchanged, ensuring consistent access to their accounts.

To archive students, go to the Students tab, select the student(s) you want to archive, then click Actions and choose Archive student(s).
Once students are archived, they will appear in the Archived list. To restore them, select the students, then click Actions and choose Unarchive students.
Please note that only Admin accounts can archive students, and once archived, a student cannot be unarchived for a 10-day period. However, there is no time limit on how long they can remain archived.
If a student needs to log in within 10 days, please contact our support team, and we will be able to action this for you.
