Archiving a student allows you to keep their TTRS history in case you want to reinstate their account. When archiving and unarchiving students, their usernames and passwords remain unchanged, ensuring consistent access to their accounts.

To archive students, from the Students tab first select the student(s) you wish to archive and then select actions -> Archive student(s).
Once students are archived, they will appear in the Archived list. To unarchive them, select Actions > Unarchive students.
Please note, only Admin accounts can archive students and once archived, a student cannot be unarchived for a 10 day period. However, there is no time limit on how long they can remain archived.
If a student needs to log in within 10 days, please contact our support team and we will be able to action this for you.
