Library accounts in TTRS function similarly to educational subscriptions. The Library Administrator manages the account and allocates student places across schools or groups. The Admin does this by creating classes, adding students, and assigning a teacher (or librarian with a teacher role) to oversee those learners.

Only the central Admin can see all users on the system. Admins can also choose whether teachers (or librarians with a teacher role) are allowed to add students to their classes.

Note: Admins can also grant teachers permission to view students who are not yet assigned to a class. For more details, see the demo for on how to add students: https://app.storylane.io/share/dmgvuvvelapg
