If you have an Admin, Teacher, or Student account with an email address, you can reset your password by following these steps:
If you have a student account without an email address, please contact your Administrator or Teacher for your username and password.
Go to the main login page and click Forgot password? (US & Canada click here | All Other Regions click here)
Enter your email address in the field provided.
Check your inbox (and your spam/junk folder) for the password reset email. Then, click the reset link included in the email.
Enter your new, strong password twice.
Click Complete registration — and you’re all set!
