Deleting or archiving a student place

The TTRS course is ‘roll-on, roll-off’ – which means you can delete or archive student places and reuse the space to create new places.

Deleting a student place: (Education subscription)

  1. In the Students menu, tick the students you wish to remove

  2. Click Actions menu and then click Delete

  3. Click Yes to confirm

Deleting a student place (Home subscription)

  1. On the Admin account click Students on the main menu

  2. Select the students you wish to delete and click the Actions menu

  3. Click Delete and click Yes to confirm

Please note that once a student place has been deleted from the system, their history and progress will be also be removed. If you wish to keep the student data, we recommend archiving the student place instead.

We keep deleted data for up to 30 days before it is permanently deleted. Please contact us if you have deleted a student by accident.

Archive students (Education only)

To archive students, and keep their history in case they want to come back, select the students you wish to archive and then select actions -> Archive students.

Once students are archived, they will appear in the Archived list. To unarchive them, select Actions -> Unarchive students.

Student places cannot be unarchived for at least 10 days and only the Administrator can archive students. There is no time limit on how long you can archive students. If the student needs to log in within 10 days, please consider purchasing additional students by contacting our support team.
