How to Request More Student Places

There are two ways to request more student places: through our messenger feature or by emailing our support team.

If you are currently logged into your TTRS account, you can easily request more student places by using our messenger feature. Simply click on the messenger icon located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This will open up a chat window where you can communicate directly with our support team.

Once the chat window is open, please let our team know that you would like to request more student places. They will then guide you through the process and ensure that your request is fulfilled in a timely manner.

If you prefer to request more student places through email, you can do so by sending a message to support@readandspell.com. Please include your account information and the number of additional student places you require in your email. Our support team will respond to your request as soon as possible and make sure that your account is updated accordingly.
