Custom certificates can be generated to motivate students and reward progress in the TTRS course. Certificates can be sent digitally by email or printed out.

There are four types of certificates available in TTRS:

  1. Level certificates

  2. Subject certificates

  3. General progress certificates

  4. Course completion certificates

Level and subject certificates can only be generated when a student completes a level or subject.

You can generate a general progress certificate at any time. It will provide a certificate that lists the student's last completed module.

Course completion certificates become available when all 24 levels have been completed.

How to generate certificates

Log in to your administrator account and click Students on the top menu. Tick the box next to the student or students you would like to generate certificates for.

Note, you can generate certificates for 15 students at a time.

Next, select the Actions dropdown menu and Generate certificates.

Select the certificate type you would like to print. If you are creating level certificates for more than one student, you can use the Max Available Level option from the dropdown to print the highest level each student has completed.

Create a custom look for your certificate

Tick boxes to include average accuracy and average words per minute (typing speed) on the certificate and select your preferred design from the three options provided.

Next, select Generate and the certificate(s) will be available to download and will also be sent to your registered email. If you would like to send them directly to your students, tick the box for Send to student's email before selecting Generate.

The email you receive will contain a zip file with your certificates. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
