A quick guide to help you set up, prepare, and support your learners with TTRS

Getting started with TTRS at home is simple, and this checklist will help you feel confident that everything is ready for both you and your learner.

Before Your Learner Begins

Ensure you have watched the introduction demo to understand how TTRS works, and completed the first 10 modules in Level 1 of the TTRS course as an administrator, so you can anticipate any difficulties your learner(s) will go through.

Ensure you have previewed the later levels of the TTRS course to see how the level of difficulty increases. Guide: TTRS Course structure explained

Ensure you have added your student(s) to your account, taken note of their usernames and passwords (you may wish to print them out), and bookmarked the login page for your region. Guides: Adding students to your TTRS account, How Students Log in to TTRS

Adding students

Ensure you have looked through our guides on settings and adjusted your student's settings via your admin account. Guide: Home Account Settings

How to Change Your Student's Settings

Ensure you have turned on training modules in student settings and/or advised your learner on the correct hand position and safe posture for typing. You may wish to download and print these guides here to put up near your work station: Correct finger placement for typing
