Account Update: New Server Location

If you try to log in using the previous link www.ttrsonline.com, you will see a message notifying you that your account has been moved to a new server:

We've moved your TTRS account over to a new server to enhance platform performance and processing speed. You and your students will now need to log in using the following web page.

This means your account has been updated to our latest server, located in either the United States or Europe, to enhance platform performance and processing speed.

How to Log In

You or your students will need to log in using one of the following pages based on your location:

For users in the USA/Canada: https://us.ttrsonline.com

For users outside the USA/Canada: https://eu.ttrsonline.com

Use the same email/username and password as before. However, if you were notified of updated credentials, ensure you use those to log in. If you cannot remember your password or experience any login issues, please reset your password using the “Forgot password” feature on the login page. If you are still experiencing difficulties logging in, it might be helpful to clear your browser's cache. Residual cache data can sometimes interfere with new server links. For detailed instructions on how to clear your browser cache, please visit this guide: How to Clear Your Browser Cache.

If you need further assistance, please contact our support team.

Troubleshooting Additional Issues

If clearing the browser cache and verifying your credentials doesn’t resolve the issue, you can try the following steps:

  • Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.

  • Verify there are no typos in the URL or login credentials.

  • Temporarily disable browser extensions, as they might interfere with account access.
