If you need to add more students to your Education subscription, you can request additional student places directly from the TTRS Support team. There are two ways to make a request, depending on how you prefer to contact us.

Use the Messenger feature
If you're logged in to your TTRS admin account, you can request additional student places through the Messenger:
Select the Messenger icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Let our Support team know that you'd like to add more student places.
Wait for a member of our Support team to get back to you. Note: Response times can vary from a few minutes to a few hours, but we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to guide you through the next steps and update your account.
Contact the Support team
If you’re not logged in to your TTRS account, you can contact our Support team by email (support@readandspell.com) or by sending us a message directly through the TTRS website.
When making your request, please include:
Your TTRS account details.
The number of additional student places you need.
Our Support team will review your request and help update your account.
