Updating or adding a new payment method
Log in to your admin account, click your profile picture (top right), and select Subscription from the menu.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select Payment Methods.
Then Select Add New.
Remove a Payment Method
Log in to your admin account.
Click your profile picture (top right) and select Subscription.
Click Manage Subscription.
Go to Payment Methods.
Choose the payment method you want to remove.
Click Remove Payment Method.
Select Confirm to complete.
Updating Billing address
Log in to your admin account and click your profile picture (top right) and select Subscription.
Select Manage subscription.
Select Billing & Shipping Addresses.
Select the existing address saved.
Update your payment method and select Update.
Reactivating your plan
Log in to your admin account and click your profile picture (top right) and select Subscription.
Select Manage Subscription.
Select your subscription plan.
Select Reactivate Subscription.
If you are unable to reactivate your subscription through the portal, please email support@readandspell.com.
Change plan
If you want to change your plan when in a cancelled state, you will need to re-activate your original plan first.
Log in to your admin account and click your profile picture (top right) and select Subscription.
Select Manage subscription.
Select your subscription plan.
Select Edit Subscription.
Select Change.
On the dropdown list, select another plan then select Update.
