To cancel your home subscription:
Sign in to the Admin account.
Click your avatar (profile picture or the TTRS logo) in the top-right corner.
Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down and click Manage Subscription.
Click the subscription name.
Select Cancel subscription.
Carefully review the disclaimer before proceeding.
Provide a reason for cancellation, tick the box to confirm you understand access to student accounts will end when the subscription expires, then click Cancel my account.
To pause your home subscription:
Follow the instructions above and select Pause subscription.
You can pause your subscription indefinitely, and the change will take effect immediately. During the paused period, you won’t be billed, and your account settings will remain intact.
Resolving Billing Discrepancies and Applying Discounts
Occasionally, users may notice billing discrepancies, such as being charged a higher rate than expected. Pricing adjustments can often be resolved by checking your subscription plan details and contacting the billing team. For example, if you're eligible for a specific plan rate (e.g., the Homeschool 2-6 users plan with discounts), but your account displays a higher amount, corrections can be made. Here’s how the billing team can assist:
They will review your account to ensure the correct rate is applied.
Any applicable promotional codes or discounts (e.g., a seasonal promotion) will be honored.
If you’ve already been charged incorrectly, the team will process adjustments or refunds as needed.
To expedite resolution, ensure you share relevant subscription plan details or coupon codes with the billing team when you contact them. If there’s an ongoing promotion, it's helpful to confirm its terms to ensure eligibility.
