Change a Student’s Username
Log in to your admin account and go to the Students tab.
Then, click on the student whose username you want to change.
Select the student whose username you want to update.
Click Actions > Change username.
Enter the new username and click Change to save.
Change a Student’s Password
From the admin console
Log in to your Admin account and go to the Students tab.
Select the student whose password you want to update.
Select the student whose password you want to update.
Click Actions > Change password.
Enter the new password and click Submit.
From a student account
If a student wants to update their own password, follow these steps:
Log in to the student account using the current login details.
Click on the student avatar (top right) and select My Profile.
Click the Change password button.
Enter the current password, then type the new password twice to confirm.
Click Submit to save the changes.
