Changing a student’s username
Log in to your admin account and open the Students tab.
Select the student whose username you want to update.
On the student statistics page, click Actions and select User profile.
Enter the new username on the student profile page, then select Save changes.
Changing a Student’s Password
From the admin console
Log in to your Admin account and go to the Students tab.
Select the student whose password you want to update.
From the student page, click Actions and select User profile from the dropdown.
In the student’s profile, click Change password.
Type the new password, re-enter it to confirm, and then click Submit.
From a student account
If a student wants to update their own password, follow these steps:
Log in to the student account.
Click on the student avatar (top right) and select My profile.
Click the Change password button.
Enter the current password, then type the new password twice to confirm, and click Submit to save the changes.
